Stability Support Services are designed for the space between identifying a need and finding a practical path toward immediate stabilization. The focus is on helping eligible people navigate the moment with dignity and clearer next steps.

Organizations engage 9Twelve through a service agreement or contract. Together, we establish the intended eligible population, organizational fit, and the high-level approach for bringing Stability Support Services into the organization.
Eligible people access support through their organization's established engagement with 9Twelve. The service is designed to complement an organization's commitment to the people it serves without requiring that the organization manage each immediate situation itself.

9Twelve is designed to handle individual circumstances with care. Information-sharing expectations and applicable authorization processes are established as part of the organizational engagement.
Organizations receive aggregate, non-identifying outcome and impact reporting to help them understand service use and broader patterns. Routine reporting is intended to focus on outcomes and impact rather than individual personal details.
